Fees & Charges

Effective October 1, 2025, DC Water will implement a new fee structure for various miscellaneous charges, including those related to customer support, permitting, and operational services. This revised approach aims to improve transparency, simplify billing, and reduce administrative delays by shifting several fees from a reimbursable cost model to a fixed fee format, particularly for development and construction projects. The complete list of fees and charges can be found in the Approved Board Resolution
