Procurement Contracts

DC Water has established several standard contract terms and conditions to comply and meet required laws and regulations.  These are contained in DC Water’s General Provisions and General Conditions documents listed below.  The terms and conditions of General Provisions and General Conditions are not negotiable unless the inapplicability of a term or condition can be proven and accepted by DC Water, at its sole discretion, in writing.

The applicable document will be referenced in each solicitation and will be incorporated in all procurement contracts by reference.  The interested firm must agree to the terms and conditions of applicable General Provisions and/or General Conditions to do business with DC Water.

DC Water Announces Early Completion of Canal Road Slope Stabilization Project

Major Milestone Paves Way for Potomac River Tunnel Construction at the Site

DC Water has completed its slope stabilization project along Canal Road, a critical step in order to move forward with construction for the Potomac River Tunnel Project. Originally scheduled to end in February, the project finished about two months ahead of schedule, minimizing additional impacts to commuters and residents.

Customer Service Center Announcement

Payment Plan Incentive: provides a credit back of 40% of the last 3 payments made and in the new fiscal year 50% will be credited. Eligible participants are residential customers who have had an outstanding balance for 60 days or greater and with an outstanding balance of $500 or more.
