Why are you charging this fee?

ProjectDox fees are charged to cover the cost of review time provided by DC Water staff using the ProjectDox platform, which is utilized by the Department of Buildings (DOB) for electronic project reviews. These fees reflect the resources required to ensure that submitted plans meet all applicable standards and are properly coordinated within the permitting process. New categories were added to align with DOB categories.
