Exciting news! In 2017, DC Water converted to a brand new Customer Information System that offers more advanced services to our customers. A new web portal was unveiled at www.mydcwater.com, which offerred new, more secure, and easy-to-use services for paying your bill and understanding your water usage. In addition, DC Water launched a new mobile app and will soon offer new ways to pay a bill such as text to pay and email to pay.
