Difficulty getting a water main back in full service after repair work at two different sites in the Foggy Bottom/Georgetown area may leave some customers in the vicinity with low water pressure.
Crews are working to resolve the problem.
The affected areas are 25th St. N.W. between K. and New Hampshire; New Hampshire between I. and H. Streets, N.W. and 25th and 26th Streets between K. and I. Streets, N.W.

Drivers should expect a temporary southbound lane closure on Rock Creek and Potomac Parkway NW between F St and Virginia Ave on Saturday, September 19, and Sunday, September 20, 2026. The closure will be in place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day, weather permitting.
