January 24, 2008

The WASA Board of Directors is in the process of reviewing the effectiveness, timeline and cost of the current Lead Service Replacement (LSR) program. The program is designed to replace all known public lead service lines throughout the District by 2016. (Service lines are pipes that bring water from the main in the street to the home.)
