PROPOSED RETAIL RATES HEARING

The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors will hold a hearing on proposed rates and expansion of the customer assistance program on Thursday, April 1, 2004 at the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, 777 North Capitol Street, NE in the first floor Conference Room.
