DCWASA Participates in Annual Ward 8 Health Festival

Join DCWASA as it participates in the Ward 8 Health Festival and Walk on Saturday, June 15th, 2002. The event takes place at Ketchum Elementary School (1919 15th Street, SE) from 11 to 4; however, a health walk will take place simultaneously at 10:30. Walkers will assemble in the parking lot of the House of Prayer for all People located at the corner of MLK and Howard Road. This year's event is designed with a Carribean flair in mind. In addition to a myriad of free screenings, there will also be a reggae band as well as a salsa band.
