DC Water Sponsors Taste Test

DC Water will conduct the DC Water Taste Test Challenge. Participants will taste water samples and aim to correctly identify the samples as either District tap water or bottled water. The purpose of the taste test is to highlight the benefits of local tap water and discuss the type of water people choose to drink at home.

WHAT: The general public will participate in blind taste tests to determine if District tap water or bottled water tastes better. DC Water Outreach staff will be available to discuss drinking water issues and the benefits of tap water versus bottled water.

WHEN: Friday, September 17 at 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
