6 Inch Water Main Break on Wisconsin Ave.

A six inch water main broke Wednesday in the 2500 block of Wisconsin Ave. N.W. Water is gushing down the curbside of the street.

Barring any complications, the DC Water and Sewer Authority expects to have the main repaired by mid-morning Thursday.

The repair is not expected to impede morning rush hour traffic.
