One of the most important aspects of the rate setting process is public engagement. That's why we try to give customers every opportunity to hear about the work we are doing and the budget and proposed rate adjustment for the next year. This spring, we will be holding a hybrid Town Hall Meetings for residents, as well as briefings for the Mayor's team, DC Council staff, and our partners in the business and nonprofit communities.
