In observance of Independence Day, DC Water will be closed on Friday, July 4th.  Our Command Center will remain open for emergency services only and can be reached at 202-612-3400. To manage your account, please call our self-service hotline at 202-354-3600, or visit mydcwater.com 24 hours a day. We appreciate your patience during this time. Due to scheduled maintenance, payment processing will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday, June 29, 2025, from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM EST. Customers will not be able to make payments online at mydcwater.com or through the Self-Service Hotline during this time. Our Emergency Command Center will remain open for water and sewer emergencies only and can be reached at 202-612-3400. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
