Due to scheduled maintenance, the Self-Service Hotline and the My DC Water portal will be temporarily unavailable from 9:00 PM on Saturday, June 7, 2025, until 3:00 AM on Sunday, June 8, 2025. In observance of Memorial Day, DC Water will be closed on Monday, May 26th.  Our Command Center will remain open for emergency services only and can be reached at 202-612-3400.
