Some customers in the area may experience a disruption in water service until repairs are complete. Traffic is disrupted on Pennsylvania Ave between 4th St & North Carolina Ave SE lane(s) are closed in the southbound-direction until repairs are complete. Northbound lane(s) remains open for traffic to pass. Drivers may want to seek an alternate route.
