Please submit a Property Management Agreement dated within the last two years to update account details and authorize changes. This allows you, as the property manager, to act on behalf of the owner by phone or online with DC Water. You can also visit our website at www.dcwater.com  to create an online Property Manager profile. Tenants can create an online profile or have the owner contact DC Water to be added to the account.
