Sign up for eBilling and you could win a $100 bill credit!

DC Water wants you to make the switch to eBilling, it’s fast, easy, and convenient. With just a few clicks, you can manage your water bill anytime, anywhere. Bill. Click. Pay. That’s all it takes. With less time spent on paperwork, you’ll have more time to play.

And now, there’s even more reason to go paperless. Starting today, July 1 through December 31, 2025, customers who enroll in eBilling will be automatically entered into a monthly drawing to win a $100 bill credit. Five winners will be selected each month—30 in total!

“At DC Water, we’re focused on delivering the best value to our customers by making our services more reliable, sustainable, and equitable,” said DC Water CEO and General Manager David L. Gadis. “eBilling is one way we’re putting our customers first by making it easier to manage their accounts while helping us operate more efficiently and provide high-quality water services.”

💻 Why switch to eBilling?

  • It’s simple – no more paper clutter
  • It’s smart – access your account 24/7
  • It’s secure – get timely notifications and reminders

Almost half of DC Water customers still get paper bills, at a cost of $1.5 million a year for printing and mailing. By switching to eBilling, customers help us reduce that cost—freeing up funds that can be reinvested into critical infrastructure, system upgrades, and customer service improvements.

Your online account lets you easily track your water usage, view and download past bills, set up automatic payments, update your contact information, and request support or report service issues—all in one place.

If you need help with your bill, we’ll still have our customer care team available for those who need it.

📅 Get started today:

  • Sign up for eBilling at mydcwater.com between now and December 31.
  • Once confirmed, you’re automatically entered into that month’s drawing!
  • DC Water residential, multifamily, or commercial customers not currently enrolled in eBilling are eligible for the drawing.

Each account is eligible for one prize during the campaign. Winners will be notified by email and see the credit reflected on their bill within 30 days.

View the full terms and conditions or visit mydcwater.com for additional information on how to sign up.

Make the switch today. You’ll have more time to do what you love. It’s easy. It’s smart. It’s Bill. Click.  Pay.   Play!
