Mr. Frome serves as Assistant Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for the Economic Development and Public Infrastructure Team with the Administration of County Executive Rushern L. Baker, III. Mr. Frome was appointed to this position in early 2014. Mr. Frome previously served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for County Executive Baker from 2010-2014. Mr. Frome began his work in the public sector for the Maryland House of Delegates as a Legislative Director for four years and served six years as the Chief of Staff to a Councilmember for Prince George's County.
