Payment Plan Incentive Program

How It Works 

Managing your water bill just got easier with DC Water's Payment Plan Incentive Program! Enroll in an eligible payment plan and make monthly payments on time to see your outstanding balance shrink. For every three qualifying payments, DC Water will credit 50% of your payments toward your balance. These credits will be posted to your account every 120 days, helping to reduce your outstanding balance and allowing you to save money while paying the balance faster. All you do is set up a payment plan and make payments. We will automatically apply the credits! 

Who Is Eligible 

Good news! This program is open to ALL RESIDENTIAL customers who have an outstanding balance for 60 days or more and owe $500 or more.

We understand that times have been tough, especially after COVID. The Payment Plan Incentive Program is here to help bridge the affordability gap. By participating, you can avoid service disconnection, liens, and late fees while reducing your outstanding balance more quickly and efficiently. It's a win-win for you and your peace of mind!
