DC Water, Pepco and Washington Gas to Host Joint Utility Day to Help Customers Understand and Manage Utility Bills

What: 
DC Water, Pepco and Washington Gas will host a Joint Utility Day to answer customer questions about utility services and help them understand and manage their utility bills. Ward 8 Councilmember Trayon White, Sr. and Representatives from the DC Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE), the DC Office of the People’s Counsel (DC OPC) and the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (DC PSC) will also be available.

Background: Representatives from DC Water, Pepco and Washington Gas will be available to answer questions about utility services, help customers make payments, or discuss water and energy efficiency solutions. Customers can also explore payment plans and budget programs, such as deferral options, budget billing, and automated payments.

Ward 8 Councilmember Trayon White, Sr. and representatives from DOEE, DC OPC and DC PSC will also be on site with staff to assist residents and answer questions.
