Jeffrey Seltzer is the Deputy Director for the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection where he is responsible for programs that protect and improve the County’s air, water, and land in a sustainable, innovative, inclusive, and industry leading way while fostering smart growth, a thriving more sustainable economy and healthy communities. 

Jeffrey is a Professional Civil Engineer with over thirty years of experience in environmental restoration and resource management in both the private and public sector. Jeffrey earned his bachelors degree from the Pennsylvania State University and is a graduate of the George Washington University executive leadership program.
