Eleanor Ku Codding (Ellie) is a licensed professional engineer in the state of VA and has worked in the field of civil engineering for 27 years. For the last eight years, Ellie has worked for Fairfax County, VA in public works and land development services area, focusing on stormwater, wastewater, and land development issues. Prior to joining the County in 2013, she worked for consulting firms providing wastewater and stormwater technical support to government agencies and private entities on regulatory development, compliance assistance, and enforcement.
