Ms. Dandach joined DC Water in 2012. As Director, Wastewater Engineering, Ms. Dandach serves as the principal advisor to department managers and supervisors on all matters relating to wastewater engineering systems, facility planning, design and construction. Ms. Dandach also provides technical supervision and guidance in all facets of the Authority’s wastewater engineering and construction program.

Additionally, Ms. Dandach provides oversight of the Department’s strategic initiatives and offers technical consultation to the Board of Directors, General Manager, Chief Engineer, District officials and officials from other local jurisdictions.

Ms. Dandach holds a Master’s degree in Building Construction Management from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Water and Environment Studies from St. Joseph University in Lebanon.
