Consecutive Usage Alerts

Discover Our Consecutive Usage Notifications!

We're thrilled to introduce our Consecutive Usage Notifications, an amazing feature designed to keep you informed about your water usage. If your water is running continuously for several hours, we'll alert you right away! Whether it's a broken pipe, a running toilet, or a leaky faucet, these notifications can be your first clue to potential issues, helping you avoid high water bills.

How It Works: Our powerful tool tracks your water usage and notifies you when it detects constant usage based on your selected thresholds. Once you enroll, you'll receive real-time email alerts and daily phone or text alerts between 8 AM and 8 PM, including weekends.

Am I Enrolled? If you're a residential customer and provided an email or phone number when creating your DCWater account, you're already enrolled! For multi-family or commercial customers, you can easily opt-in by visiting your High Usage notification screen and selecting your preferences.
