Director, Talent Management

Patricia Taylor-Lytle serves DC Water as Director, Talent Management working in People and Talent. Ms. Taylor has served the Authority in several roles since joining Team Blue in June 2018.

In this capacity, Ms. Taylor oversees activities relating to employee development through trainings and other learning opportunities that address DC Water’s current and future business needs. Similarly, she is also responsible administering the Authority’s talent acquisition process. Additionally, her Talent Management team strategically manages the employee lifecycle from onboarding, with an emphasis on developing and engaging high-performing employees.

Ms. Taylor brings more than 20 years of experience and many professional certifications in the field of Human Resource Management.  Prior to joining DC Water, Ms. Taylor honed her skills in the field with global communications leaders Sprint and Verizon.

Ms. Taylor holds an MBA from Strayer University and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  Additionally, she is certified as a Prosci Change Management practitioner and received a Strategic Management Certification from George Washington University.

DC CLEAN RIVERS – POTOMAC RIVER TUNNEL PROJECT
If you bike, drive, or walk through Georgetown, we’ve got changes starting this week around the Potomac River Tunnel construction on Water Street NW. The Capital Crescent Trail has a new temporary detour through Georgetown Waterfront Park, open now for cyclists between 33rd and Potomac streets NW.
