What is the Manual Meter Read Fee?

The Manual Meter Read Fee is a monthly fee charged for each meter not transmitting usage data due to obstruction by the customer or because the customer has not allowed installation of a meter transmitting device.

How much is the fee?

Manual Meter Reading Fee, Residential  $ 20
Manual Meter Reading Fee, Non-Residential (5/8"-2")  $ 100
Manual Meter Reading Fee, Non-Residential (3"-4")  $ 250
Manual Meter Reading Fee, Non-Residential (6" and Greater)  $ 500
