DC WASA is Webcasting Board Meetings

DC WASA has become the first water and sewer utility in the area to provide broadcast coverage on the Internet of its monthly meeting of the board of directors. The webcast debuts with the Thursday, July 2, 2009 board meeting at 9:30 a.m. It can be viewed from the homepage (www.dcwasa.com) by clicking on the video link under "Governance".
The 22-member DC WASA board of directors is represented by officials from the District of Columbia, Fairfax County in Virginia and Prince George’s and Montgomery counties in Maryland. The policy-setting panel is chaired by William M. Walker (DC) and meets the first Thursday of every month, except August. Beginning with the July 2 meeting, monthly board meetings are archived online as video-on-demand files.
