Voicing your concerns and questions and reporting issues such as leaks and broken hydrants helps DC Water and customers resolve issues together. Please use the online form above to let us know about an issue, ask a question or make a comment. If this is an account, billing, or service related issue, please include your account number and/or service address in the description/comments field.

Our goal is to respond to you within two business days by phone or email. You will receive an automated email response with a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your report at any time by calling the DC Water 24-Hour Command Center at (202) 612-3400.
