DC Water Presents Annual Childrens Water Festival
The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) is collaborating with Garfield Elementary School to co-host the agencys third annual Childrens Water Drop Festival. The event is held each year at a District school to advance water education and make students more aware of their water supply as well as environmental challenges.
WHAT: DC Water will offer an array of interactive exhibits, presentations, and activities at the Childrens Water Drop Festival, a free environmental education program. Participating students will explore and learn about their watershed and water-related issues, and discover ways to protect and conserve their water resources.
