Scope of Work

This sewer inspection project has four elements, or phases, which include the following:

  • Identify the locations of public sewers under buildings by overlaying maps of the sewer system with city maps detailing property lines and building foundations
  • Clean sewers using a high-pressure water jet spray; following this, inspect sewers using a Closed-Circuit Television camera
  • Evaluate the condition of sewers using trained specialists
  • Plan next steps, which may include future rehabilitation of sewers for restoration to "like new" condition

Project Schedule

This project started in November 2010 and is tentatively scheduled for completion during fall 2014.
