Water Bubbler Use Permit

Title: Water Bubbler Use Permit
What does it mean? A water bubbler is a device that is attached to a fire hydrant and acts as a drinking water fountain or bubbler. In certain cases, such as community events, DC Water allows customers to rent a water bubbler for drinking water, washing, cooking and recreational use.
Does this apply to me? If you are having a community event in the District of Columbia and desire the use of a water bubbler for providing drinking water to guests, you may apply for a Water Bubbler Use Permit.
When do I apply? It is advisable to apply at least one month before the permit is needed.
