Director, Fleet Management

OZ Fuller is the Director of Fleet Management at the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water). He oversees maintenance and repair for all DC Water vehicles and related equipment. He monitors fleet functions and manages the procurement and distribution of vehicular equipment that supports all DC Water operations. Mr. Fuller is currently responsible for 575 vehicles and trucks in addition to more than 1,300 pieces of utility equipment at DC Water. Mr. Fuller has a deep appreciation of both the aesthetic values of an environmentally friendly fleet as well as the use and integration of alternative fuels, vehicles and advanced technologies into the fleet.

OZ Fuller has more than 40 years of fleet management and maintenance experience. He spent 29 years in the City of Columbus, Ohio, working progressively from Heavy Equipment Mechanic to Water Fleet Manager. He has served as Vehicle Maintenance Superintendent, Master Sergeant and Automotive Mechanic in both the Ohio Air National Guard and the United States Air Force.

Mr. Fuller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration / Public Administration from Franklin University. He is a Certified Manager and his department has been named a member of the "100 Best Fleet of North America" on several occasions.
