Randy E. Hayman joined DC Water in November 2010 from the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD), where he served as General Counsel since 2000. MSD provides wastewater collection, treatment and stormwater management to 1.4 million people. Hayman has practiced law in the private sector and in the public sector as an assistant attorney general for the state of Missouri, and worked as a radio reporter and talk-show host. He is a former board member and president of Crime Solvers of Washington, D.C., Inc. and has won numerous awards for his decades of legal work and community involvement.
Hayman is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the Bar in Missouri, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court.
