Carla Reid
Carla Reid is the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for the Office of the County Executive, Prince George's County. Ms. Reid has over 21 years of experience leading organizations, which includes serving as Deputy General Manager of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. Previously, she served as the Director of Permitting Services in Montgomery County Government.
Ms. Reid was also an adjunct professor at the University of the District of Columbia for seven years. The University created an award for outstanding teaching in her name.
Ms. Reid has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Howard University and a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland, University College.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Melwood, Montgomery Alliance and Arts on the Block.
