Independent Systems Assessment
This report presents the findings of an Independent Engineering Assessment of DC Water's wastewater and water systems. DC Water requested that Parsons Brinckerhoff provide an Independent Consulting Engineering Assessment to reflect the current state of facilities and the initiatives that DC Water has been involved in over the last five years.
The investigation found that:
- DC Water's systems are functional,
- DC Water is operating within all permit requirements,
- Capital improvement planning is at appropriate levels
